Let us know within 48 hours and we will re-clean the area free of charge within seven business days.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
Yes. We use green, biodegradable products. If you would like us to use your supplies, just let us know.
How will the cleaners enter my home?
Be home to let them in, leave a key under the mat, provide a lockbox code, or leave the door unlocked on cleaning day.
Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No, but please make sure cleaners have access. If they cannot enter, a $70 cancellation fee applies.
What if something is damaged?
We handle your belongings with care. If damage occurs, contact us within 48 hours. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured and will resolve it promptly.
